Goals

Here’s a list of my goals.  These will be updated on a regular basis.

Overall Goal:

Adapt an maintain a happy, healthy and active lifestyle.

Current Goal Statement:

My Goal – by February 13th, 2010

I am so happy and energized now that I weigh 230 pounds.  My size 36 jeans and large shirts fit perfectly and it feels great to look good in my clothes.

Dated Goals:

February 13th, 2010 (1st mid term goal):

  1. 230 pounds or less
  2. able to properly fit into size 36 jeans and large tops

April 17th, 2010:

  1. Climb the CN Tower in under 30 minutes

June 6th, 2010

  1. Do a 50 km bike ride

August 1st, 2010 (1st long term goal):

  1. 200 pounds or less
  2. able to run 10km, bike 50km, do 60 consecutive push ups, 10 consecutive pull ups

August 15th, 2010:

  1. Finish a Triathlon - 750m swim, 30km bike ride, 7.5km run

October 17, 2010:

  1. Run a 22km half-marathon

Completed Goals:

  1. November 21st, 2010 (1st short term goal) – 255 pounds done!
