A new start
Welcome to my new site. This site was created to document the road to achieving my goals, starting off with my first goal of getting in shape. I’ve sent this site to my friends and family as a way of laying everything out in the open. If you know me, then you know that this is not an easy thing for me to do, but by making everyone aware of what I’m doing, I’ll feel more pressure to succeed.
I am going to update this site regularly and will post my experiences as well as other articles and information I find helpful along the way. Please feel free to email me or comment on any of my posts. I need all of the help and support I can get.
