Starting over
I’ve been on a break the last couple of weeks while my new tattoo healed. I’ve managed to stay somewhat active but not nearly as much as I would have liked to be. My diet hasn’t been all that clean either - not terrible, but not good enough.
Anyway - it was a break - I could beat myself up about it, or I could see it as a tiny blip on a long-term scale - plus after two weeks, I don’t feel like myself. I don’t like this feeling - and it’s making me want to get back to serious training even more.
Tomorrow I get back to class for the first time in 2 weeks. I can’t wait! I’m going to restart my counter for my 9 week challenge again as well. Gonna do this right.
