Day 1/63 - July 8th, 2008 Workout - Walk/Mini-sets

Yesterday was the first day of my new challenge. Since I’m not able to get a proper workout, I’ve cut down what I’m eating a tiny bit - with a daily deficit of about 800 calories rather than around 500. This will only be for the next week as I should be able to get back into things then.

I did a bunch of mini-sets for my workout - 10 push ups at a time or 3 pull ups / chin ups. By the end of the day I did 60 push ups, 15 pull ups and 15 chin ups. Not bad, but I could fit more in I think. I also went for a half hour walk.

Not being able to do a proper work out is killing me and I miss it, especially Muay Thai class. The good news is that by Monday I should be ok to get sweat on the ink as long as I shower right away afterwards and I should be all ready to get back to Muay Thai class next Friday or Saturday.
