Day 26/63 - May 19th, 2008 Workout - Misc
I felt really bad about not getting into class today. I really should have made it in, especially with my test this Friday. But I didn’t - no excuses. I started feeling better this afternoon so I did some conditioning and bag work.
Started off with a warm up and some stretching then did some body weight exercises. Push ups, crunches, squats, etc. I’m up to 30 push ups now. Counting down in sets of 5 really helps! After that, I did some shadowboxing and tried to really watch my technique and footwork. Then I moved on to the heavy bag. Did 10 rounds of 90 seconds with 60 seconds in between. Finally finished off with some pull up work.
I need to find my weight lifting gloves… doing all this pull up work has left wicked calluses at the base of each of my fingers :|
