Day 52/63 - June 13th, 2008 Workout - Weights

The last couple of days have been crazy for me with work. Big project that was due to be finished and on top of that, had an emergency last night and the night before… so over the last 48 hours I’ve gotten 6 hours of sleep and haven’t worked out. I managed to avoid crap food, but ended up not eating enough.

Today I came home from work ready to pass out but I really wanted to get my workout in, so I took a 30 minute nap and then hit the gym. Despite being exhausted I had a good workout and I actually feel a lot better now.

The rest of the weekend is pretty busy for me, so I’m taking tonight as a relaxation night - gonna do some reading, paint a bit and then get some much-needed sleep.
